Nigs Marketplace is a classified ads platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not facilitate transactions directly. All transactions occur between users outside the platform.

3. User Registration

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Username is the primary identifier and must be unique.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. Posting Products

• Users can post up to 5 free listings.
• Additional listings require payment.
• All posts are subject to admin review and approval.
• Posts must include accurate location, condition, and price information.
• Prohibited items will be removed immediately.

5. Boosted Posts

• Users can pay to boost their posts for increased visibility.
• Boosted posts appear on the main page.
• Boosts require admin confirmation.
• Boost duration is set by the platform.

6. Buyer Responsibility

• Buyers are responsible for verifying products and sellers.
• We strongly advise against advance payments.
• Meet in person when possible to inspect products.
• Report suspicious activity immediately.

7. Disclaimer

Nigs Marketplace is not responsible for transactions between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of products, or the reliability of sellers. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

8. Prohibited Items

• Illegal items or substances
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit products
• Weapons and firearms
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

9. Account Suspension

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple reports from other users.

10. Platform Revenue

The platform generates revenue through posting fees, boost fees, and advertising. These fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
